I see you mama! You feel overwhelmed, overworked and short on time. You keep reading about the importance of “self-care,” but when? If you manage to have a free hour by the end of the day when the kids finally go to bed, you’d rather curl up with a glass of wine and Netflix. But, there’s a part of you that misses your previous exercise program or yoga practice, how good it feels to move your body and the endorphin rush.  

Perhaps you’re struggling with weakness in your glutes and core, back pain, soreness in your neck and shoulders or overactive hip flexors. You catch yourself getting impatient and yelling at your kiddos and then feel an immense wave of guilt wash over you. You’re exhausted from working so hard at motherhood, from caring about everyone else's needs and you desperately need to recharge, but you can’t imagine where you could fit an hour plus drive time to go to your local yoga studio or gym.  

Or, maybe you’ve tried attending a “get your body back” bootcamp style class or 21-day shred and you ended up frustrated, burnt out or in pain. You might have even tried attending your local “Power Flow” yoga class, but you felt self-conscious, uncomfortable or anxious instead of blissed out and relaxed. Or, maybe you’re looking for a more individualized experience where you can safely care for your body, deepen your yoga practice, develop mindset practices and incorporate more meditation and breathing techniques.  

Through private in-person or virtual yoga lessons, I can help you strengthen your body, improve flexibility and correct unsupportive alignment patterns. I will help you heal any nagging core and pelvic floor issues from your pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods. I’ll teach you proper posture and how to stretch out your overworked muscles that are sore and stiff from sitting, caring for your children and daily exertion. We’ll work on building confidence in your body’s ability so you can move freely and do the things you love without fear. While practicing the physical poses, meditation and breathing, we’ll work on renewing and deepening a connection to your body, mind and spirit.  

In addition to the physical benefits, you’ll get some much-deserved time for self-care and reflection. Your sacred yoga practice time belongs solely to you. TRUTH - when you take this time to care for yourself, you will have more patience to care for your family with compassion and grace!  

I will design and tailor a program to your specific needs, your schedule and your yoga experience. We’ll work together to find the time in your hectic schedule for your coached sessions with me and your solo practice. I’ll teach you how to carve out this time for yourself and help keep you accountable. The program and your practice are fluid and they will shift based on your individual experiences through the practice and the feedback I get from you.  

In addition to a custom program, you will receive individual care and attention. I will coach and guide you through online yoga sessions or in-person sessions, offer you support and suggestions on your alignment and make myself available via email and video chat to answer any questions you may have. You will receive photo sequences, videos and guided meditation recordings so you can continue your home practice when we’re not together.  

It’s possible to move through motherhood with more ease and joy so you can better nurture yourself and your family!  

*Note - Yoga is not a substitute for medical care. Please check with your medical care provider before beginning a yoga program. If you're currently working with a Women's Health Physical Therapist / Pelvic Health PT for core and pelvic floor rehabilitation (which I highly recommend!), I will work with them to ensure I design a program that complements your work there.

Steps to Working with me: 

  1. Schedule a 30-minute complimentary, no-obligation consultation call with me, to find out if private yoga and meditation coaching is a fit.  

  2. When you book your time, please answer the background questions so we can have a productive conversation about where you need support.

  3. At the scheduled time of your consult, we’ll chat! We’ll exchange information, set expectations and I’ll answer any questions you might have. We’ll make sure the relationship is a fit before you commit. This also ensures our first in-person meeting is a full and productive session.  

  4. Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need. Have questions? Email me at
